1. Who we are
This website is operated by KDTECH Web Services, which builds websites and business systems. For any privacy question or request, e-mail us at contato@kdtechst.com or message us on WhatsApp at 0430 035 803.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, the country selected in the phone field, the solution you’re interested in and any optional message, plus the page the request came from.
- WhatsApp: the information you choose to send us in the chat.
- Technical data: IP address, date and time of access and browser type, logged by our server for security.
- Language suggestion: on your first visit, our own server looks up only the approximate country of your IP address (free DB-IP database, your IP is not sent to anyone else) to suggest the website language. The result is not stored; the language you choose is saved only in your browser.
- Measurement and advertising cookies: only if you accept them (see section 7).
3. Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote, to keep the website secure and, only with your consent, to measure visits and improve our advertising. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
4. Who we share it with
- Our hosting provider, which stores the data with restricted access.
- WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to contact us there.
- Google: website fonts and, only if you accept, measurement and advertising cookies.
- Authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
5. Overseas disclosure
Our team and servers may be located outside Australia (including Brazil), and Google and Meta may process data in other countries. We take reasonable steps to ensure your information is protected wherever it is handled.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us on the number above. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
7. Cookies
Essential: remember your cookie choice and language; always on. Measurement and advertising (Google Ads and Google Analytics): help us measure visits and enquiries and improve our ads; only on if you accept. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie preferences, also in the footer.
8. How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or until you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for up to 6 months.
9. Security
The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS), enquiries are stored outside the public area of our server with restricted access, and the form is protected against automated submissions.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest update is always shown at the top of this page.
